Viking Kitchen Cabinets with locations in New Britain, CT,  North Haven, CT, Uncasville, CT and Springfield, MA  has roots that extend back over 30 years. My father, Morris Trachten purchased a storm window company from the bankruptcy courts. Over the next three decades, Viking Aluminum Products became the regional leader in window and door manufacturing, as well as the distribution of exterior siding, roofing and related building products. As my father did, my cousin and I continued the tradition of providing quality and value to you and your neighbors, through our extensive customer base of building and remodeling contractors. Viking Kitchen Cabinets entered the kitchen cabinet business in 1992 and quickly established ourselves as a forerunner in the Kitchen and Bath Industry. Viking Aluminum and its sister company, Viking Building Products sold much of their operation in 1997. At that time, Michael Fried, Viking Aluminum's cabinet division manager and I purchased the cabinet division, which is now Viking Kitchen Cabinets, LLC.
